Bei km 2,5 verlor I, unfortunately, by accident my right shoe and thus the connection. He just stayed stuck in the mud. I have learned out of it hopefully! After I walked the few steps back I was rummaging around in the mud to find my shoes I was able to relatively quickly over tulips again. Matthias was hurries away, although I must confess I had such a great runner can not keep anyway. The pursuers were catching up so I ran to km 6 with about 40 meters ahead of my two opponents. The rest of the race I ran with then Ronny Seifert, a cross and mountain running specialist. The surface
was feeling better and thus the pace again acceptable delay. In the final sprint I could but then drop off significantly Seifert of my rivals and secured the first Place in the AK and the 2nd Place overall from. The time of about 41min for the 11km bisl is relatively unimportant with such a cross-country running. Congratulations to my teammates of Michael as 4th crossed the finish line ... All in all, I had very good legs and it has made great mood. My next aim of the Advent Aasee run here in Münster, where I would also like to be back on the podium.
