The first appointment of the new season is colored in the calendar: 03.JUli.2011 Dusseldorf triathlon. There is swimming on the 750m distance, 20km Rad und 5km Laufen gestartet. Ich freue mich auf einen tollen Hafenwettkampf.
Am Sonntag startet ich beim Hohe Ward Trailrun. Es geht über Stock und Stein 11km lang. Neben der Teilnahme werde ich auch beim Aufbau beteiligt sein. Ich hoffe, dass ich bei dem Wetter nicht bis zur Hüfte im Schlamm stehe. Siegchancen werde ich sicher keine haben, aber eine Top-Ten Platzierung rechne ich mir schon aus.
