Best Knife Buck Strider
Part 2 of the China trip
The next day (after the Forbidden City), a tour to another highlight was planned. A driver was waiting at 9:00, to bring us to the wall and the Ming Tombs. "
a good opportunity to get also get an idea of \u200b\u200bthe area around Beijing. In any case, it was much greener! :)
We had chosen a piece of wall, which, though touristy, but was not crowded. Mutianyu, who once was to come over ...
developed for tourism is, probably always easily accessible, or "scaled" we the slope with a lift. ;)
That was not the worst decision, because the wall itself stood still crazy as a small challenge
how such an "up and down" could cultivate at all ...
After quite mühseligien climb the wall, should be followed by a proper exit, because we have here a very nice summer toboggan run installed!
murder-fun!
it went further to the Ming Tombs. " So the ancient tombs of the emperors.
Not all we visited, so much more than just one. I mean, it was the "Ding Ling" grave ...

Funny Toddler Sayings
Therefore, respect for each finisher, it's just asked a lot of mental strength Marathon to finish an . Sometime it is hard for everyone whether you're three, four or five hours of runners. I think all of the 7900 runners had good and bad phases ...
As you can see in the picture, we had to km 25, a relatively large group of 8-10 people. With amusing subjects, we reeled off the first 12km through
Cross district. Everyone always thinks, Münster is so nice and flat, there must be quick Marathon. Nope, I think it's really not the fastest Route is. Especially through the myriad cobbled passages and the angular distance at the beginning is, the run but relatively slow. Combined with the "hilly" parts come in the middle part. I felt from the beginning, not at all well. My feet hurt in the lot together to really light shoes and CEP compression socks squeezed my calf. However, my pulse was still quite pleasant at 173-176 heart rate (AT at 181). As our pace km3 still far faster than 2:45, I made me worry less about the metabolism. (3 km = 11:27 min) KM10 was reached after 39:05 and the rate leveled off at 3:55-3-58min / km. The pain did not after, but got worse with every step, until I finally runterzog at km 18, the compression socks. Then it was to some extent.
The Half Marathon (1:22:30) was reached quickly and my legs felt with "half cap" to better. I tried a bit of speed up and blow up the group. I did this then when I TriFinish stand (km25). I pressed the pace before the state again under 3:50 min / km and the smaller group of about 5 people. Thorsten slowed me then by saying, "Wait a 2-3 km" I again took out a bit and we walked together up to three other runners Roxler the mountain in about 4:05 min / km pace.
So now I ran a lonely race through the fields of Gievenbeck. At every step I walk my soul from the body and turned just in my head. Pain, what is that:)? I could still somehow keep the pace of 4min. My pulse raced mitlerweile min at 185 bpm. I kept telling myself, Manuel, come, come ... Holding the cut. The problem was: There were about 8km. I took the pulse belt, took me a heart again, trying to keep the pace somewhat. At km 37 on I then took the Ukrainians (solid). He was reported with a time at 2:15 hours. This motivated me back a little and by the imaginary glucose in the mouth I was able to pace me in 4min . Keep I was soooo a lonely race. From km 37-40 in front of me about 400m behind me nothing and nothing, I almost said no audience, but I think there were a few but, trying to motivate me.
How hard was it really was, I realized when I got the first time in my sports career, it could not manage the approximately 1
00 children to clap hands at km 41. Only tunnel vision and from the finish. Somehow I made it through the rounds. Do not ask me how, I can remember much anymore. The finish on the front of about 80,000 spectators Prinizpalmarkt but makes up for everything. For me, they still had Parrat a surprise, since I ja soooo alleine war...

Part 1 of the China trip
I've been thinking, I share the report in a few parts. In chronological order, of course.
Outrageous luck we had that we were allowed to fly business class and also had a great night flight! Now I am dirty ...;)
Just landed, there was also immediately learn what acting! Large taxi from Beijing Airport to the hotel was the target ... I think we are 4 times on and then got out before we had the price we wanted.
The Standard-taxis can not act it, but they are also very cheap.
only problem: no english! So
can always write from the hotel concierge in Mandarin, where you want to go. The

What Color Accessories For Yellow Dress
marathon draws to a close ...
With today's visit to the marathon expo, is also small, not to say tiny marathon of 2 weeks end ... Overall, I hope, however, that I make the long triathlon season and especially Zeren from the preparation.
The highlights of the last 4 weeks are quickly summarized:
one run over 26km
5 runs over 20-23km
half marathon race pace in Marathon / 3:55 min / km
and countless 10-14km runs
Whether that is enough, we'll see. Tempo will be on Sunday to HM 3:58 min / km and then hopefully put something to it ... With a finish time of under 2:50, I'm happy with my season finale.
On Tuesday, I was again on the track and am 3000nder run in under 11:30. The pulse was always 15 beats below anaerobic threshold. Think of metabolism, it should be no problems. Muscular but I remember even the long season and of course the races last weekend with the testosterone-driven Thorsten, Flo and Ulf ... 3 runs between 15-20km all the way below average 4min.
But as I said, there is no one way to the top of the mountain. Several are possible ... I definitely choose the most risky and would have to run to the border to crack the fastest time. No risk, no fun
